Tuboly- Astronic AG is active in the field of core production for transformers. They develop and sell machines for the precise and efficient production of transformer cores.
To ensure that the stacking of the sheets after cutting runs smoothly, the stackers require software. At this point we were allowed to support the company Tuboly-Astronic AG and helped them to a successful implementation.
In addition to the HMI, a further application was created for optimum utilization of the discharge table. In this application the user can choose which type of core he wants to produce. An additional algorithm was developed to ensure that the discharge table is optimally utilized for each selected type. With this intelligent algorithm, changeovers can be reduced and the throughput of the line is optimized.
